Finea, a subsidiary of the CDG Group and the Caisse des Marches Publics (CDMP SA), a subsidiary of Caisse des Depots et Consignations du Senegal (CDCS), signed a strategic partnership agreement on Friday January 19 to facilitate the launch and development of activities of CDMP SA in Senegal. The agreement was signed between the boss of Finéa, Ali Bensouda and that of the CDCS, Cheikh Mbacké Dieng.
The said convention will allow both entities to share a knowledge transfer cycle. Thus the CDMP SA, in the framework of its mission of support to SME and TPE of Senegal, will benefit from facilities to access financing, a better participation in the public order as well as a more efficient but especially efficient management of their markets.
For the Caisse de Dépôts et Consignations of Senegal, it will be a question of relying on the expertise accumulated and developed by Finéa in the accompaniment of the Moroccan SMEs in the access to the financing of their activities and the public order to succeed the creation and development phase of CDMP SA’s activities in Senegal.
This new specific agreement is part of a more comprehensive collaboration between CDG and the Caisse Sénégalaise, focusing on the areas of social welfare, pension systems, civil engineering, financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. , methods and tools for management, financial management of funds and training.
The two Caisses also collaborate within the framework of the development project in Dakar of the city of business of West Africa.
