In addition, to ensure that innovators, startups and companies have better access to a continuous stream of financing facilities, the IDB has created the Transform Special Fund, which is a financial mechanism with more than 500 million dollars.
This fund will accelerate the application of science of scientific, technological and innovative solutions to promote the socio-economic progress of developing countries.
