On the occasion of the opening of the 3rd Annual Conference of the International Network of Francophone Investment Promotion Agencies (RIAFPI), April 19, 2018 in Libreville, the Director of the National Agency for the Promotion of Investments (ANPI) Gabon, Nina Alida Abouna, Executive Director of Junior Achievement (JA Gabon), Radia Garrigues and Bpifrance International Expertise Manager, Vincent di Betta, have signed a technical services contract as part of the reinforcement the capacity of Gabonese support structures to serve innovative entrepreneurs.
This signature, in the presence of the Minister for the Promotion of Private Investment, responsible for national entrepreneurship, Madeleine Berre, aims to train the teams of the national incubator, ANPI-Gabon and other actors of the ecosystem in support of innovative projects. It also involves providing assistance and strategic advice on the implementation of an innovation program entrusted by
the Gabonese government in JA Gabon.
At the request of the Minister, the training plan for the Gabonese entrepreneurial ecosystem will be multiple. It will focus on the training of innovative project management professionals in partnership with Bpifrance, fundraising preparation for investment funds in collaboration with Investissement et partenaires (I & P) as well as support for project and project managers. companies in
development (GERME program and the agency France entrepreneur).
Bpifrance’s experience in business loans, guarantee fund management, development of innovation strategies and private equity development enables it to offer a wide range of technical assistance services to businesses. international institutions to be mobilized under this agreement.
Note that Bpifrance is already an official partner of the Gabonese SME Space through its e-learning training modules available on its dedicated Bpifrance University portal.
