UBA-Guinea proceeded, Wednesday, June 20, the launch of its digital platform called “Leo”. This new product aims to digitize banking services through social networks and to revolutionize digital banking.
The new platform will allow customers to make secure banking transactions using their Facebook account. It offers several benefits such as instant self-registration, account opening, balance consultation, money transfer, among other features.
“This opportunity that UBA offers to Guinea certainly allows the digitalisation of human activities in the field of the Bank,” commented Ejiorfor Ndubuisi, the bank’s managing director.
In addition, the platform “also allows to have some information, especially on football, especially in this period of world cup”, notes the top management of the pan-African institution.
Note that it has already been deployed in almost all 19 Bank subsidiaries in Africa.
