Mali tops the ranking of the issuing countries with the highest mobilization in the WAMU regional market for the second quarter of 2018.
Indeed, according to the latest quarterly bulletin of securities market statistics, the country has collected, between April and June 2018, a total volume of 140 billion CFA francs (about 30%), far ahead of Togo (95 billion ), Burkina Faso (87 billion) and Niger (86 billion).
Benin, 57 billion, closes the Top 5, and is followed by Guinea-Bissau who mobilized 11.
Note that Ivory Coast and Senegal have not been on the market. However, the giant of the sub-region announces itself during the third quarter, and intends to mobilize a total amount of 95 billion CFA on June 17, August 21 and September 11.
For its part, Mali is expected four times, to try to mobilize 90 billion over the same period.
