In the grip of financial difficulties for some years and under the permanent threat of seizure, Mohamed Alami Lazrak has fallen below the 50% stake of the company Alliances Développement Immobilier (ADI).
In a note, the Moroccan Capital Markets Authority (AMMC) informs that “in the context of the capital increase of the company Alliances Développement Immobilier (ADI), carried out following the repayment of bonds in shares provided for in the note d on the issuance of bonds redeemable in shares, referred to by the AMMC on 17/08/2015, under the reference VI / EM / 023/2015, Mr. Mohamed Alami Nafakh Lazraq, declared on July 15 2018, having crossed the threshold, the threshold of 50% stake in the capital of the company ADI.
Following this operation, Mr. Mohamed Alami Nafakh Lazraq holds 8,410,669 ADI shares, ie 44.08% of the capital of ADI. ”
As a reminder, Alami Lazrak held up to 58% of the ADI group.
