In Egypt, SUEZ and its partner Arab Contractor will build an energy recovery unit for sludge from the East Alexandria wastewater treatment plant, with a capacity of 800,000 m3 / day. A € 65 million project for Suez.
In Uganda, the group, in partnership with Sogea Satom, is responsible for the design and construction of a drinking water production plant with a capacity of 160,000 m3 / day for the inhabitants of Kampala, the capital. A market he will execute for an amount of 25.5 million euros.
In Nigeria, through its studies and consultancy activities, the firm will support the Niger Delta States in order to guarantee the supply of drinking water to the populations through the development of small hydraulic infrastructures for an amount of about 5 million euros.
Regarding Morocco, SUEZ has won a one-year contract with Lesieur Cristal (a subsidiary of the Avril group), the leading local agro-industrial company, for the global management of waste from 3 production sites.
