The envelope will be used for the construction of the road network to accelerate the structural transformation of the economy, support economic activities and relieve the population.
According to Minister of Finance Ken Ofori-Attah, the government has decided to use new financing models to fill the country’s infrastructure deficit, including roads, bridges, dams, housing, and energy infrastructure, whose need is estimated at $ 30 billion.
