Naoufel Ghafir has been appointed Managing Director for Morocco, Tunisia and West Africa at AXA Partners META (Middle East, Turkey and Africa). This entity is dedicated to the development and deployment of global insurance and support solutions.
According to a statement released Monday, October 8, the new boss who will take office on November 1, 2018, succeeds Jérôme Bedouk. At AXA Partners, Naoufel Ghafir was previously in charge of managing the digital strategy and transformation of the Credit & Lifestyle Protection business.
He brings with him his ability to develop digital solutions for major partners in order to increase business growth and ensure an innovative customer experience.
According to Adelane Mecellem, CEO of AXA Partners META, the appointment of the 39-year-old Moroccan, actuary, telecom engineer Sud Paris and a graduate of Sciences Po Paris goes in the direction of transforming insurance by improving the customer experience while developing innovation.
“We therefore need dynamic leaders who are attentive to the market and able to take risks in this context, which is decisive for the future of our business. His experience and knowledge of Morocco will be excellent assets for our entity, “he said.
For its part, the new boss of the Morocco, Tunisia and West Africa region of AXA Partners META said he was delighted to join the AXA Partners META teams.
