Insurance broker Gras Savoye will now adopt the brand name Willis Towers Watson (WTW) on its African markets following its absorption at the end of 2015 by the British group Willis (which merged in 2016 with the American risk management firm Towers Watson). The announcement was made this December 4 in Abidjan during a meeting of the French group with the press.
With this change of name, the French leader in insurance brokerage thus completes the process of its integration into the global activities of WTW which covers 140 countries including forty in Africa.
Based in London, WTW is considered the third largest insurance broker in the world and specializes in risk management, insurance brokerage and consulting.
