The International Finance Corporation (IFC) has announced it will grant a $ 15 million credit line to Telecom Comores (Telco SA), a Comoros-based telecom operator.
This investment will enable further development in the telecommunications sector in the country and the entire East Africa region by strengthening Telco SA’s mobile communication and internet connection infrastructure.
“IFC financing will enable us to compete by improving our communications services to industries and financial technology companies,” said Stéphane Teyssedre, the company’s chief executive officer.
