Under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist, the 6th edition of the Africa Development International Forum, organized by the Africa Development Club of the Attijariwafa bank group, will be chaired by His Excellency Mr. President, Retired Brigadier, Mr. Julius Maada Bio, from the Republic of Sierra Leone.
Accompanied by a strong delegation, the President of Sierra Leone, Brigadier Retirement, Julius Maada Bio, will chair the launch of this edition; centered on:
• economic advocacy with regard to intra-African integration
• the networking of countries and investors in the Investment Market; and
• connecting more than 1,500 economic operators from 20 countries of the continent with pre-arranged B to B meetings.
Sierra Leone will also be strong in the Investment Market. The delegation includes the Minister of Finance, Mr. Jacob Jusu Saffa, the Minister of Trade and Industry, Mr. Peter Bayuku Konteh, and the President and CEO Mr. Lexmond Koroma of Sierra Leone Investment and Export Promotion Agency ( SLIEPA). The delegation will present the National Development Plan of Sierra Leone (MTNDP) as well as investment opportunities in key sectors, with high growth, in order to achieve its objectives
of development.
The Investment Market this year invites Sierra Leone, guest of honor, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mali, Morocco and Rwanda.

edition of the Africa Development International Forum, reflects the convergence of views, at the highest levels of private and public actors in favor of South-South cooperation, and active African solidarity.
The Africa Development International Forum is considered as a reference platform in Africa, reflecting the commitment of the economic and political community in intra-continental dynamics.
The Africa Development International Forum is an initiative born in 2010, led by one of the largest Pan African investment funds on the continent, Al Mada, a leading shareholder of Attijariwafa bank. Since its creation, the Forum has brought together over 7,500 operators from 36 countries and generated more than 17,000 B to B meetings.
