A decision taken by Afreximbank, organizer of the event, in common agreement with the African Union (AU) and Rwanda, which hosts the event. This, during the extraordinary meeting of the Advisory Board of the Iatf 2021 which took place on March 18, 2021 in Cairo.

In line with the African Continental Free Trade Area (Zlecaf), Iatf 2021 should make it possible to highlight the continent’s trade potential in front of global players while strengthening economic and trade integration.
