On the sidelines of the second stage of its “Regional Investment” roadshow, which took place on Tuesday, May 25 in Rabat, the BCP group signed a partnership agreement with the Moroccan Agency for Energy Efficiency (AMEE). This aims to encourage the decarbonisation of companies in order to enable them to improve their competitiveness and reduce their carbon footprint.
This meeting was broadcast online in real time, in strict compliance with the health rules imposed by the local authorities.
In the preamble, Mr. Mohamed Karim Mounir, President of the BCP group addressed a word of welcome to all the participants. In his speech, he insisted on the Group’s commitment to effectively support the efforts made to encourage investment within the regions: “We will ensure that the products, mechanisms and levers can be adapted. gradually to the needs of each region ”.
Like the previous stage, the meeting in Rabat was structured around 3 panels, dedicated respectively to the themes: “Strengths and opportunities of the region”, “Project bank and investment recovery”, and “Relaunching investment: funding and support mechanisms”. These were attended by Mr. Abdessamad SEKKAL, President of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Regional Council, Mr. Abdelkader BENBEKHALED, President of CGEM Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Ms. Kenza El ALAOUI, Director of Automotive Industries from the Ministry of Industry, Mr. Hicham BOUDRAA, Acting Director General of AMDIE, Mr. Said MOULINE Director General of AMEE, Mr. El Mahdi ARRIFI Director General of ADA, Mr. Hicham SERGHINI ZANATI Director General of the CCG and Mr. Said MATAICH Responsible for the Innovation and Digital Transformation Program of Maroc PME. The BCP group was, for its part, represented by Mr. Jalil Sebti, Managing Director of Commercial Banking, Ms. Bouchra Berrada, President of the Management Board of BP Rabat-Kénitra, Mr. Mohamed Amimi, Executive Director of the SME Market within of BCP, as well as Ms. Khaoula RAMDI, Director of Investment in the Upline Alternative Investments subsidiary.
