Emrald Securities Services Bourse (ESS BOURSE), announces the ceremony of the first quotations of the securities “EOCG 6.25% NET 2021-2026” and “EOG 6% NET 2021-2026” at the headquarters of the CEMAC Securities Exchange ( BVMAC) on Friday July 30, 2021 in Douala.
These first listings follow the Bond issues by public offering of the Republic of Congo and the Gabonese state. The structuring and centralization of these two transactions were carried out by Emrald Securities Services Bourse (ESS Bourse) in its capacity as arranger and leader accompanied by its partners CBC Bourse, Afriland Bourse & Investissement, BICIG, the LCB group and Orabank .
At the close of these various operations, the results were as follows:
– “the EOCG 6.25% Net 2021-2026 loan”, the subscription period of which spanned from March 12 to April 21, 2021 was oversubscribed by 113.23%. Indeed, this second bond issue of the State of Congo made it possible to mobilize on the regional financial market the sum of FCFA 113,230,000,000 against FCFA 100,000,000,000 initially requested.
– with an oversubscription of 107.9%, “The EOG 6% Net loan 2021-2026”, the sixth bond issue of the Gabonese State whose subscription period was from May 21 to June 3, 2021, mobilized on the CEMAC financial market the sum of FCFA 188,827,750,000 against FCFA 175,000,000,000 initially requested.
The structuring and centralization of its two operations in the space of 6 months mark a good start to the activity of ESS Bourse, a young brokerage firm founded by the Cameroonian Christian DIN DIKA which was granted its authorization on December 2, 2020. by the Central African Financial Market Surveillance Commission (COSUMAF).
