Koji Minami, Ele Asu and Jean-Christophe Brindeau just been appointed Chief Operating Officer, respectively, director of the Communication Group and Managing Director of CFAO Retail.
As of 1 January 2018, Mr Koji Minami, 49 who completed his career with Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC) for 26 years in Japan, China and Malaysia is appointed Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of administration Group.
The new delegate DG mainly held positions within the Automotive Division. He was recently responsible department “Next Mobility Development” TTC.
He succeeds Toshimitsu Imai, joined the Group in March 2013 as part of the alliance between CFAO and its shareholder Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC). In January 2018, Mr Imai joined the Directorate General of Africa Toyota Motors Corporation (TMC).
Ele Asu, 40, is in turn brought to the head of management of the Group Communication. Franco-Nigerian nationality, Ms. Asu graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Strasbourg. She has lived and worked in France, in East Africa and Central Africa as Head of Publications, Event Manager and Consultant in Communication for large groups and Government Institutions. From 2006 to 2017, she was also presenter and business journalist, embodying including “Success”, the magazine of the African economy on Canal + Africa. She replaces Françoise-Remarck The Guennou.
Jean-Christophe Brindeau, 55, takes command of the general direction of CAM Retail. He was previously Director of Group Operations Ho Hio Hen, a major distribution in the West Indies and Guyana. From 1992 to 2016, Mr. Brindeau held several positions within the Casino Group, France, South America and the Indian Ocean region where it was from 2012 to 2015 CEO Vindémia, a number of distribution in this area (4 200 employees, 135 outlets). He succeeds Xavier Desjobert.
