The Pan African Employability Assistance Network (YJN) signed an agreement with IFG Executive Education on Wednesday (October 17th) on two agreements relating to the training and capacity building of young graduates in Côte d’Ivoire and the organization of the second edition of the Young Job Network FORUM (#YJNFORUM).
Announced in recent months, this agreement will enable young graduates from Côte d’Ivoire to increase their chances of finding a job and to facilitate their conversion to the disciplines of the future that meet the current needs of companies, all of which is sanctioned by a certificate.
On the other hand, it will have to give another dimension to the Forum which is now an indispensable institution in the fight against unemployment in Africa.
“One of Africa’s chances is its young and dynamic population. If properly trained, it will be able to respond effectively and sustainably to the continent’s challenges, “said Young Job Network President Yann Cédric LOHORE.
“Already present in the training of African leaders through our Executive Education programs, the Dynamism of African youth and particularly Ivorian convinced us to settle permanently with them to bring our experience and support them in the transformation desired by their continent through training allowing them to be very early operational and productive “said Sylvie Faucheux, Director General of the FG also Director of Educational Innovation of INSEEC U.
As a reminder, IFG Executive Education, official sponsor of the first edition of the #YJN FORUM2018, is working to set up a mentoring system to facilitate the professional integration of young graduates in Ivory Coast, in partnership with Young Job Network .
