Allianz Africa formalizes its new strategic skills cluster in Africa, according to a statement from the group to Financial afrik. After Casablanca and Nairobi, it is now in the Ivorian economic capital that Allianz Africa concentrates its operational teams to pilot its transformation and improve the service delivered to its customers and partners.
For the past three years, the group has identified Africa as a major growth driver and has made significant investments to expand its business in high-growth countries. In order to support its ambition, Allianz has initiated an operational transformation
with the aim of bringing the best of its expertise to Africa. The Abidjan hub, which combines underwriting and business development activities as well as IT and communication, is driving this strategic project.
“The development of this new skills center marks a decisive step in our growth strategy on the African continent. Côte d’Ivoire has both strong local expertise and a strategic position in the sub-region. By setting up our new hub in Abidjan, we are consolidating the strong ties we have woven in 43 years of presence in this key market “, explains Delphine Traoré Maïdou, Regional Director of Operations and member of the Allianz Africa Regional Executive Committee.
Allianz Africa Services inaugurates on this occasion its new facilities located on the 7th floor of the Green building, Avenue Noguès Plateau.
