Brice Laccruche Alihanga, former director of cabinet Ali Bongo, was arrested by the General Directorate of Information (DGE) this morning.
Quoted in a case of embezzlement of public funds, Brice Lacruche had been dismissed from the government less than 24 hours after an interview between President Ali Bongo and his prime minister.
In recent days, several relatives of Lacruche have been apprehended. At the time of writing this information, Brice La Cruche was still on the premises of the RDG.
