The RAMes are the Annual Mobility Meetings. It’s an event that takes place every year in Côte d’Ivoire, after the first two weeks of July. This year, it will be held on July 18, 19, and 20, 2024.
The RAMes feature field visits, conferences, an exhibition, and a gala dinner celebrating the most active stakeholders in roads, transportation, and mobility: The Mobility Victories.
THEME: OPTIMIZING THE ROAD: STRENGTH, SAFETY, AND COMFORT
The road is not just a passage for vehicles, whether motorized or not. It is a center of life. It must be strong, safe, and comfortable. How can we maximize what the road offers, safely and with the pleasure of comfort, in a sustainable way? This is the challenge of RAMes 2024.
Program:
Day 1: Thursday, July 18
- Field Visit. Visit to a renovated and modern road outside Abidjan – Yopougon.
- Lunch in Jacqueville, followed by a sightseeing tour.
- Akwaba Evening in Abidjan, cocktail dinner at Ibis Hotel – Marcory (Abidjan).
Day 2: Friday, July 19
- Official opening of the Exhibition at Maison de l’Entreprise, Abidjan – Plateau.
- Inaugural Conversation – Conferences – Exhibition – Demonstrations.
Day 3: Saturday, July 20
- Conferences – Exhibition – Demos
- Closing Conversation – Closing Ceremony Closing
- Gala Dinner: The Mobility Victories Hotel Robert’s Hotel, Abidjan Cocody Les Deux Plateaux.
- Presentation of awards to mobility stakeholders.
