The Sovereign Wealth Fund of Djibouti (FSD) is a sovereign wealth fund established by Law No. 075/AN/20/8th L on March 29, 2020, as a joint-stock company. Its mission is to support economic development by mobilizing investments in strategic sectors. It aims to promote economic diversification, stimulate growth, and generate long-term benefits while adhering to the Santiago Principles on governance and transparency.
