Established in 2017 by Mr. Wilben Short and Dr. Modupe Taylor-Pearce, BCA Leadership is a pan-African leadership enhancement organization created to support leaders in Africa with services to make optimal decisions and propel Africa to becoming a middle-income continent by 2030. These services include leadership consulting, training, coaching, business matching, conferences and thought leadership. As part of its strategic plan to influence one million leaders by 2030, BCA created the Made in Africa Leadership Conference, an annual learning conference for African leaders; through this conference thousands of leaders have become better leaders by receiving inspiration, knowledge and solutions from and through the annual events. The annual conference has been held in Rwanda, Zambia, Ghana, and online.
