Young Global Leaders Network (YGLN)

The Young Global Leaders Network (YGLN) is an international organization dedicated to the development of youth leadership. Registered as an independent entity, the organization primarily operates in Africa, with activities in countries such as Ghana, Nigeria, South Sudan, Sierra Leone, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, and 25 other African countries. As a non-governmental, non-profit social enterprise, YGLN focuses on empowering young people, especially women, by providing them with opportunities for training, mentorship, and networking to prepare them for leadership roles in their communities and on the global stage.

Main Missions of the Young Global Leaders Network

1. Equality and Empowerment for a Poverty-Free World with Focus on Women and Youth
   • Creating a world free of poverty by empowering women and youth, providing them with the tools and resources necessary to escape poverty and play an active role in society.
2. Empowering Youth and Women as Next Generational Innovative Leaders
   • Supporting youth and women in overcoming challenges to emerge as leaders and entrepreneurs, equipping them with the skills and opportunities necessary to excel in their communities.
3. Providing Leadership Opportunities and Mentorship for Youth
