Under the high patronage of H.E. Andry Rajoelina, President of Madagascar, and with interventions from Mr. Alain Ebobissé, CEO of Africa50, and Dr. Akinwumi A. Adesina, President of the African Development Bank, the Assembly will focus on capital mobilization, public-private partnerships, and clean cooking solutions. A dedicated session will address “Innovative Financing Solutions for Africa’s Energy Transition,” exploring investments in renewable energy and new financial instruments.
Madagascar, with its potential in solar and hydroelectric energy, agricultural exports, and essential minerals, positions itself as a key destination for infrastructure investments. The AGM will highlight these opportunities to international investors.
The program will include a roundtable on “The Role of Natural Gas in the Energy Transition,” calling for the adoption of cleaner cooking solutions to reduce reliance on traditional energy sources. The event will also offer networking opportunities and presentations of investment opportunities in various sectors, catalyzing infrastructure development across Africa.
