The Nouakchott Expo BTP returns for its second edition on February 11–12, 2025, in Nouakchott, Mauritania. This major event, focused on technological innovation and financing for sustainable housing, addresses the current challenges of climate change and the energy transition in the construction and public works sectors.
Organized by Financial Afrik in partnership with the Mauritanian Order of Architects and the Mauritanian Order of Civil Engineering Engineers, this expo serves as a strategic platform for public and private sector stakeholders, experts, local and international decision-makers, and investors to discuss innovative solutions and financing models for a sustainable and resilient construction sector. With over 1,000 participants expected, this edition will showcase cutting-edge technologies and green financing solutions tailored to today’s pressing challenges.
The event program will focus on two key areas:
- An exhibition space spanning 1,200 m², where companies, startups, and institutions will present their products, services, and solutions in the construction and public works (BTP) sector, emphasizing technological innovations and sustainable practices.
- An international conference bringing together experts and thought leaders from the sector to discuss topics related to sustainable housing, innovative construction technologies, and green financing mechanisms.
